In between sanding epoxy, I started making a list of places to go and things to see. (And urging Shelly to do the same--I'm just not going to catch the best doll house museums on my list!) Started with the Interwebs, but something was missing. Then I pulled out an old atlas (I've heard the new ones from this place aren't as good), and suddenly remembered a lot of places I wanted to see when I was a teenager

There is a map of sites run by the US park service, another one of Civil War battlefields, and maps with all of the national parks in Canada (all circa 1975). We'll get the details from the web, and roads from Google or more up to date maps, but this was a better starting place: Turning the pages while keeping warm with a fire.

Oh I am building adding tin to the kampmasters flour last week in between feeding cows and fighting to get a 2005 yellow ford focus going to find a new truck job..just got done rebuilding the tranny in the car for the 40th time since 018.my stove in my shop is miles from the flour to the kampmasters and the cars been in the way.i also got other projects going on like building a cowboy hash knife and when it gets warm enough out side I am loaded up on barns and fences to repair besides farm machinery to maintain...every other afternoon I am rolling 3 garden hoses out to the corral to water cows plus chopping ice..then they got to be drained..i got lots going on its just Feb the good old slows..i don't lack for projects on a farm.it sidelines my teardrop building a lot..slow..
