I paid 2.93 in casper last wed when I wen to see angie. paid last monday like 3.39 in riverton.
but it won't stay there. wait till jan first. this year it will probaly hit 5 bucks. we all know its not staying at what it was last year at this time!
I have had to acutally give up some pretty darn good jobs in the past and wonderful bosses do to high gas to work.
I gave up my life time dream of cowboying for a living due to high gas and 82 miles one way to work.
and I gave up driving a hot oiler in the oilfeilds due to 3 buck gas and 60 miles one way.
I could use both jobs right now.
one thing about the motor bikes when wyoming wind blows in the winter time they don't quite work.
and right now all part time jobs and stuff like walmart and store jobs in town are out due to high gas cost.
evne ups doesn't pay enough in riverton to make working in town 20 hours a week even worth while.
so yea. its bettor to be out of work and starving than them part time gigs due to the gas.
its one major reason I belive in them cows i got even though hay is 200 a ton or bettor.
them cows are paying my way.
for me though getting to work with high gas prices in wyoming all my life has been a headache since clinton took office.
I used to pay like 99 cents or 70 cents in highschool and I could make a tank of gas on a old toyota pickup last a week or bettor.
it was a challenge to get to drive my own car than riding the school bus.
